Inovasi terbaru tersebut tak lain seperti mempersiapkan website versi beta 1.0 yang diharapkan bisa membantu pelangganya dalam mendapat informasi secara realtime.
Pada aplikasi website tersebut terdapat beberapa fitur utama seperti melakukan estimasi biaya kirim, traking pengiriman, dan pengaduan kiriman, firut ini diharapkan nantinya bisa membantu para pelanggan untuk mendapatkan data secara cepat tanpa harus melakukan telephon.
Diharapkan nantinya aplikasi ini nantinya akan menjadi lebih lengkap sesuai dengan kebutuhan pelanggan Tubagas Jaya Mandiri baik yang di wilayah Jakarta atau diluar jakarta.
"Kami berharap dengan adanya aplikasi webbase ini bisa dimanfaatkan pelangkan dan mitra kami dalam kebutuhan jasa transportasi," kata Herman selaku tim pengembang.
